April 16, 2013 Board Meeting Agenda Item #31 Title ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES' PROJECT COMPLETION AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR FOR THE SARASOTA HIGH SCHOOL BUILDING #13 TEAL LAB PROJECT Description All work has been completed and all required close-out documents have been received from the contractor.  The final contract costs have been internally audited and are enclosed herein in Change Order #1 for approval.  The Director of Construction Services has determined that the project is complete in accordance with state statutes. Recommendation That the Sarasota High School Building #13 TEAL Lab Construction Project be accepted as complete and the final payment to contractors be approved as presented.
